This page explains the baseline practices for the AMSS website and custom AI work. Specific client commitments, providers, retention periods, and controls are documented in each signed engagement.

AMSS designs each system for agreed business purposes. Data access, tools, actions, and user groups should be limited to what the approved workflow requires.
Knowledge and model providers
Client-provided materials may be processed by infrastructure and AI providers selected for the engagement. The applicable providers, locations, configuration, and contractual protections are identified during scoping and documented where required.
Model training
AMSS does not claim ownership of client content. Whether a third-party provider may use submitted data for model improvement depends on that provider, service tier, and configuration. AMSS will document the selected approach and prioritize business offerings that support appropriate data controls.
Accuracy and oversight
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Systems should use approved source material, testing, confidence rules, restricted actions, monitoring, and human review proportionate to the risk. AI should not independently make legal, medical, financial, employment, or similarly consequential decisions unless the engagement includes appropriate professional and regulatory controls.
Retention and deletion
Retention is set according to operational need, client instruction, provider capability, and applicable law. Client-specific deletion and export procedures belong in the statement of work or data processing terms.
Baseline approach
AMSS applies least-privilege access, protected credentials, encrypted transport, environment separation, change review, logging where appropriate, and recoverable deployment practices. Exact controls depend on the client systems and data involved.
Integrations and actions
Connected agents should use scoped accounts and limited permissions. High-impact actions may require confirmation, allowlists, or human approval. Client administrators remain responsible for access they grant and for promptly removing obsolete accounts.
Incident communication
If AMSS confirms a security incident affecting client data under its control, AMSS will investigate, contain, document, and notify affected clients consistent with contractual and legal requirements.
Reporting a concern
Send suspected vulnerabilities or privacy concerns to info@amsoftwaresolutions.org. Do not include sensitive personal data, credentials, or exploit code in the first message.
Inquiry information
When you request a workflow review, AMSS collects the information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, timing, interests, and business challenge. It is used to respond, qualify the request, improve service planning, maintain business records, and protect the site from abuse.
Technical information
The site or its hosting providers may process routine technical information such as device and browser data, approximate location, pages visited, referral source, timestamps, and network identifiers for security, reliability, and measurement.
Sharing
AMSS may share information with service providers that support hosting, communications, scheduling, analytics, security, and business operations. AMSS does not sell inquiry information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions, by emailing info@amsoftwaresolutions.org. You may also decline optional marketing communications.
Children
This business website is not directed to children, and AMSS does not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
Informational use
This website describes AMSS services and provides general educational information. It does not create a client relationship, guarantee a result, or replace professional legal, financial, security, compliance, or other advice.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, probe it without authorization, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate others, or use automated means in a way that burdens or harms the service.
Intellectual property
The AMSS name, website design, original copy, and materials are owned by AM Software Solutions or used with permission. Client deliverables and ownership terms are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

References or links to third-party platforms do not imply endorsement or control. Their availability, terms, and data practices are their own.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AMSS does not warrant uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free. Liability relating to paid client work is governed by the signed agreement.
