Step-by-step implementation guides

Move from idea to
evidence.

Use these guides to prepare the workflow, sources, controls, test cases, and scorecard a responsible AI pilot needs.

Guide 01 · Readiness

Choose a workflow worth proving

Document the current process, volume, wait time, failure cost, source material, system access, exceptions, risk, and a measurable definition of better. Favor a narrow workflow with repeated demand and clear ownership.

01
Guide 02 · Knowledge

Prepare an approved source set

Assign owners, remove obsolete copies, identify conflicts, capture exceptions, mark sensitive material, and decide how updates will reach production. The agent should know which source wins when documents disagree.

02
Guide 03 · Testing

Test answers, actions, and handoff

Create normal, ambiguous, adversarial, out-of-scope, and high-risk scenarios. Define the expected source, permitted action, escalation trigger, and reviewer for every important case.

03
Guide 04 · Measurement

Agree on the pilot scorecard

Track answer quality and successful handoff alongside operational measures such as response time, resolution time, rework, and workload. Add customer and business measures only when attribution is credible.
